Inaugurated last December 2005, The City of Cotabato finally has it's first mall - the South Seas Complex, popularly known locally as the South Seas Mall.

At the ground level of the new South Seas Mall, you will find a variety of shops, bank/ATM, branded shoe store, vases and ceramics stall, cellular kiosk, magazine/news stand, wine, liquor and cigarettes store, cafes, South Seas Bake Shop, restaurants - Chow King, Greenwich Pizza to name a few.

South Seas' Jollibee locations are at the Cotabato City Plaza and at Kidapawan, Cotabato (along the highway to the City of Davao).

Also, at the ground floor are the South Seas Drugstore and the South Seas Supermarket that carries a full line of grocery products with modern refrigerations for fresh milk, fruits, vegetables, seafoods and poultry items. Also, with wider shopping cart lanes and 24 POS (Point of Sale cashier stations), we take Cotabato City's grocery shopping experience to a higher level.

Going up the stairs, escalator or elevator, you will find at the 2nd level - signature lines of health and beauty products- cosmetics and perfumery, a full stock of school and office supplies, books, magazines, DVD's, CD's and tapes, gifts and novelties and a huge selections of the latest Men's, Ladies and Children's apparel, shoes and accessories.

The 3rd/Top level South Seas Entertainment Centre have elegantly designed function rooms for local business conferences/meetings, or for all occasions party and weddings that can easily accommodate 500+ guest. Inquire at our Customer Service department for bookings and reservations.

Amusement parlors includes video game arcades/rides, horse carousel for kids, billiards and pool table rentals, karaoke singing room rentals.

 

For everyday dining, the 3rd floor also have the South Seas Food Court. and displays for children's toy's and games as well as sporting goods/exercise equipments.

Finally, located just beside the Mall is our South Seas Trading, Inc. building which now houses our South Seas Home Appliances and other Houseware stuff.
